Mineralizing Tea

Mineralizing Tea

Inflammation is an important part of your immune system’s response to infection, injury, and a less commonly known source – processed foods. This recipe for soothing Mineralizing Tea is an excellent daily drink that calms the fires of inflammation and restores balance back to your body.

Inflammation is your body’s way of quickly yelling, “Immune system! Come help over here!” when you physically hurt yourself or when a bacterial/viral invader attacks. Without inflammation, your wounds would linger on and infections would get out of control because your immune system wouldn’t get the message to step in.

So why would you want to calm down inflammation when it has such an important job?

The problem we’re seeing for millions of people today is the inflammatory response in their body never stops. It isn’t just happening when they get a cut or breathe in their neighbor’s flu virus, it’s a chronic situation because of the foods they eat all day long.

Chronic inflammation has been linked to heart disease and/or stroke, and may also lead to autoimmune disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. The great news is you can make a difference by enjoying a healthy diet low in processed foods, including this Mineralizing Tea.

Mineralizing Tea Key Herbs

There are four specific ingredients in this tea that are picked to soothe inflammation in your body and help you operate at a more optimal level.

Burdock Root Tea: One sign of inflammation is edema, or excess fluid in the body. Burdock root has a diuretic effect to reduce fluid, and also encourages lower levels of bacterial growth.

Shilajit: A powerful anti-aging substance, shilajit’s antioxidant properties act as a strong anti-inflammatory. Learn more in our blog post, The Benefits of Shilajit.

Mucuna Pruriens Powder: Known for its incredible brain-supporting L-dopa content, Mucuna also has diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial actions.

Boswellia: The sap of the boswellia tree, also known as Indian frankincense, is traditionally used in the Ayurvedic system of medicine to treat pain and inflammation.

Mineralizing Tea is an excellent beverage that supports total body health!

Had all but Boswellia in house and made this. Yummy, thank goodness. Will continue to make and ordered Boswellia to add extra anti-inflammatory action. Glad to have this recipe.
