1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves minced garlic
1 TBS wheat-free tamari
1 tsp Superfood Cider Vinegar
½ tsp salt

Slice the mushrooms thinly and place in a bowl. Whisk together the liquid ingredients and add to the mushrooms with the minced garlic. Stir around to cover all the mushroom slices.
